I have an impinged shoulder and have not been able to raise my arm overhead without pain and restricted movement.
I read that ingesting mushrooms could improve both so I ordered some Ryze coffee and creamer to test.
I mix one teaspoon of Ryze coffee into my normal 8OZ cup of coffee. I mix one teaspoon of Ryze creamer into a 12OZ protein drink in the afternoon.
I did this as a daily routine and in about 3 weeks I started to notice more mobility and less pain in my impinged shoulder, plus, my overall seemed better.
I’m 76 years young and at my age, ANY relief or additional flexibility definitely has a positive impact on my lifestyle.

Better than coffee…
I guess “real” coffee drinkers might not think it tastes like coffee, but I like it more than coffee. My husband and I drank Ryze every morning for about two weeks and then…we ran out 🙁 So, now I’m a believer, because when we were drinking it, I definitely felt more awake during the day and slept great at night.

It’s that good

Felt great
I feel great after drinking the coffee, but cocoa is a different game entirely. I often find it difficult to calm my mind prior to sleep and the cocoa seemed to relax me enough and quiet my mind to get me to fall asleep with ease, but beyond that I woke up well rested and had a very peaceful and gradual wake up process even before my alarm rather than the normal anxious and groggy starts to my day.
