I got a package with multiple items- coffee and creamer and chai maybe as well, before this order. There was an added creamer that I thought was marketed as free. When that shipment arrived the creamer was a full size same as the coffee one- maybe it was a mistake? But the point being when I got this latest shipment and the creamer was only enough for a week I was disappointed. If I had known it was that small I would have added a full size creamer to come with my regular shipments.
Other than this the coffee has done wonders for me. The calm and clarity I feel as well as the not so much energy extra but the lack of feeling like I need a nap after working a 9 hour day is fantastic. I went for a yearly physical where my blood pressure had been a concern a year ago. This year my Doc was pleased to say it had improved from a year ago. I attribute it to the coffee among other factors of decreasing stress at work.

This helps me away acid reflux .
