Absolutely love this oatmeal, I ate mine hot. I mixed almond milk a little honey and cinnamon in it. It has a great medium texture to it. It cooked up perfectly. One minute 10 seconds in the microwave. It filled me up for about 6 hours. It you are an oatmeal person. I highly suggest it.
