Gut Life Changing
Since drinking Ryze coffees, my gut feels so relieved of bloating, I’ve lost about 15 lbs since starting late January early February. I started drinking this coffee because of our Biggest Loser Challenge at work, I just wanted to see what the hype was about this coffee. I did a lot of research before purchasing it. And found that Ryze was the only brand with an A+ rating on the BBB. I’m very particular about what I put on or in my body and Ryze has won me over. I can’t do without it now. It’s increased my focus, my energy and helps reduce some of my aging aches and pains:-)

As I cannot tolerate caffeine I gave the chicory a try. I feared that I wouldn’t care for the taste but I was wrong! I drink it black and enjoy a cup every afternoon. After not having coffee for decades this is such a treat. Not to mention all the mushroom benefits. I’m a big fan.

Chicory Blend
I changed from Mushroom to the chicory blend. There is a big difference between the 2. The mushroom blend keeps you aware and very focus and it’s great for inflammation, the chicory blend has everything the that the mushroom blend has plus the gut health I’ve even lost a few pound since drinking it.

Favorite Part of My Morning Ritual
I decided to completely nix my caffeine intake – I won’t say no to a small coffee every once in a while, but I won’t be drinking it everyday anymore.
I have been ordering Ryze mushroom coffee for over a year now after a friend gave me a bag to try, and I was excited to see that Ryze was offering a caffeine-free option in the form of chicory. I ordered immediately.
First impression after mixing:
– The chicory seems to be a little bit harder to blend than the mushroom coffee. If you have a frother though, it doesn’t matter as it is able to be blended and whipped to perfection.
– The taste is a bit milder than the mushroom coffee. Being a long time coffee drinker and espresso lover that turned to mushroom coffee for the health benefits, I do love that coffee taste and because of that, I prefer the taste of the Ryze mushroom coffee BUT the chicory comes in at a very close second as the taste is quite similar.
I will continue to order the Ryze Mushroom Chicory Blend. It is one of my favorite parts about my morning ritual!

Why I love Ryze
I really enjoy the bold flavor of the Chicory blend. I start my day with Ryze Mushroom Chicory Coffee. I love that it doesn’t make me feel bloated. It doesn’t wear off and leave me with the jitters.
