I switched from regular coffee to RYZE Mushroom Coffee over a year ago and haven’t looked back. It’s been a great alternative without the jitters or crash I used to get from traditional coffee. I recently tried the Dark Roast Mushroom Coffee and really enjoyed it; smooth, rich, and satisfying. I’m planning to try the Matcha on my next order and look forward to it. Ryze review
I started drinking Ryze coffee in replacement of regular coffee about a month ago for no other reason other than that I was tired of the stomach upset that regular coffee caused. To my surprise, Ryze coffee has actually improved my digestion, energy levels and sleep patterns with the side effect of some weight loss. I look forward to a cup of Ryze coffee every morning!

I’ve honestly not felt this energetic and clear minded in a long time…no more midday crashes or need for some crappy energy drink and no more mentally drained periods at any point throughout any day. I’ve tried several other mushroom supplements, but nothing has had the positive effect like RYZE has. The only downfall I could see for some would be the grittiness towards the end of your cup…the pros far outweigh the cons. And I like my coffee pretty strong, so I mix straight into my regular coffee, with an added shot of espresso.

If you think of this as coffee you might be disappointed. It’s a drink all onto itself. I make mine with a scoop of Ryze, a scoop of Ryze vanilla creamer, a scoop of chocolate Vital Protein, a splash of 1/2 and 1/2 and some monk fruit for sweetener. It’s like a mug full of the most delicious hot chocolate you’ve ever tasted and the best part…it’s good for you. It takes me exactly 20 seconds to scoop everything in, then I use my frother to mix it up. Both my husband and I look forward to it every morning.

Mushroom Cocoa really does the trick!
I have never really had a problem with sleep until menopause and have tried some over the counter supplements with some of the ingredients also in your cocoa and they don’t consistently help. I now drink the the Ryze Cocoa every single night before bed and it helps me relax into sleep. I can actually feel it. Wouldn’t want to go without it now 😉
