Delicious & Filling!
The taste is great – I actually crave it! I drink it with steamed oat milk, RYZE creamer, and a bit of honey. It helps me stay full between meals, and I’ve noticed I’m barely craving sweets at all anymore. So far, I’m not feeling any additional physical benefits, but I’m hoping it will eventually help with my anxiety/stress symptoms. Thank you for making a great-tasting coffee alternative!

I wanted to try Ryze to see if would have any health benefits for it–and it does! All those mushrooms are giving my immune system a kick. Colds and fever blisters either stay away or stay very small and leave quickly –and I like the taste. I sweeten it with stevia and use a non-dairy milk, and it’s a good tasking and healthy breakfast item. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price and having to have a subscription to keep the price from being even higher.
