I love the shaker bottle, add I cup of milk and 1/3 cup of strawberry yoghurt and oats, give it a good shake and it’s ready when I decide I’m hungry. It’s just the right size. I get filled up with just that shake and it last me hours. I have also added frozen blueberries, and that was awesome too. You can’t loose, it’s quick and easy and ready to go. Give it a try.

Easy to clean
The design had me skeptical at first but… after the shaker sat in my car all day while I was working then the drive home I just soaked it for 5min in hot soapy water. The rounded bottom came clean with a quick swipe. The top needed a lil bit more but that was expected since it seals so well.

The shaker bottle is great! Just wish there were measurements marked on the side … that way I could pour in one cup of milk and measure, then add the oats.

The Overnight Oats is a delicious breakfast! I’d also eat it as my dinner if I ate a breakfast meal (eggs and toast). These oats keep me full for four hours so the fiber intake is great!
