Why I love Ryze coffee!!!!
At first I was very excited about starting something I felt would help me controlling disease processes I have. Well I found it. My BP is within the range of normal; my type II diabetes levels are down with my A1c going from 10.2 (very high) to 6.4 (normal) and best of all the long term situational depression (greater than 10 years) is improving everyday as my friends have remarked that I’m chilled out and don’t get angry very quickly as before. I was really hoping my arthritis would improve but I still have that hope. I took to the taste almost immediately after trying different flavored creamers, etc. And I wanted it to work. I was not kind to my body when I was young. I’m 72 years old, live at the beach and am working on having a lot of fun until my body gives out. Think positively and you too will see and feel the effects of the mushrooms.

This Ritual Set has been fantastic! The wooden container is beautiful on my kitchen counter and makes it super convenient to use every morning. The scoop and spoon are equally beautiful and so useful. I love the flavor, especially combined with the Creamer powder. Also, customer service was super helpful in ordering. I highly recommend this particular set. In fact, I’m gifting one to my daughter on her birthday!

Ryze and shine
The first thing I do in the morning is to have a cup of Ryze coffee with the coconut creamer. A great way to start my day. It has the bold flavor as regular coffee without getting the jitters. I’ve tried other mushroom coffees, and this by far is my favorite. Also I can’t say enough about their customer service , they are AMAZING !
